  • How does E-pay signup work?

    E-pay signup is the portal that is used to collect and update your vendor information. By accessing this secure website, you can enter and/or edit your vendor information in a safe and secured environment.

  • Is my information safe on this site?

    E-Pay signup is developed with high security. Most important details are encrypted in the database to safeguard the customer information. Login credentials, passwords, bank account numbers, Swift BIC numbers, transit codes, routing numbers, immediate destination numbers, and INAB numbers are all protected within the application’s database.

  • Will I be able to register without a username and password?

    Yes, you can click on the signup button and follow the instructions to register as a new user. However, you will need a Vendor ID number provided by the organization completing your direct deposit.

  • What do I do if I entered the wrong information after it is saved?

    If you entered the wrong information, please logout and login using the credentials that you created when registering. After successfully logging in, you will be able to update your information and save the changes.

  • What happens if I forget my password?

    If you have forgotten your password, you can click on forgot password. You will then enter the email address used when signing up. You will receive a temporary password via email within a few minutes. Use the temporary password to login and create a new password.

  • What browsers can I use to access the site?

    You can access e-paysignup from any browser, i.e. – Internet Explorer, FireFox, Chrome, Edge, etc. If you encounter any issues, please close and restart your browser. If you still encounter issues, please email: paysupport@medius.com.

  • I cannot see my confirmation page?

    If your confirmation page is not shown after you click save & print, please check to ensure that you have enabled pop-ups. If you still encounter issues, please email: paysupport@medius.com.

  • Who do I contact if my question is not listed and I need assistance?

    If you are in need of assistance while using this site, please complete the form below. In addition to your comment or question, please be sure to include the Company/Organization's name that you are registering with, as well as a phone number or email address where you can be reached. Someone will respond to you within 24 hours.
